 
        
        About the Role
We’re seeking a Global Demand Generation Director for a six-month full-time contract (starting 1st of December 2025) to join our Dublin office. In this role, you’ll lead a high‑performing global marketing team spanning North America, EMEA, and JAPAC, focusing on accelerating revenue growth across demand, field, partner, and customer marketing functions.
Responsibilities
 * Lead and inspire a global marketing function: oversee and coach regional leads across time zones, ensure alignment with Brand, Sales, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations, and promote accountability and effective communication.
 * Drive sales‑led and product‑led growth: oversee integrated programs supporting both sales‑led pipeline and self‑serve revenue targets, collaborate with RevOps and Sales leadership to monitor conversion rates, pacing, and ROI.
 * Strengthen field and partner marketing programs: manage a repeatable global field marketing framework, partner with Sales, Enablement, Product, and Customer Success to accelerate deal velocity, and champion collaborative go‑to‑market planning with tech and solution partners.
 * Manage global marketing performance and budget: own and optimize a multi‑million‑euro budget, deliver quarterly updates to the C‑level team on pipeline contribution, CAC efficiency, and budget utilization, and guide data‑backed investment decisions across channels and regions.
 * Elevate strategic marketing excellence: drive adoption of best‑in‑class planning, measurement, and campaign execution frameworks; collaborate with RevOps to enhance attribution modeling, reporting accuracy, and spend visibility; promote a culture of test‑and‑learn experimentation.
 * Push the boundaries: identify opportunities to improve team operations, communication, and experimentation; encourage creative thinking across regions; serve as a strategic thought partner to the CMO and executive leadership on growth strategy and scalability.
Qualifications
 * 12+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with significant global leadership experience.
 * Extensive experience leading international teams across multiple time zones.
 * Demonstrated ability to manage large‑scale marketing budgets and report outcomes to executive stakeholders.
 * Deep understanding of sales‑led and product‑led growth motions, effectively driving pipeline and ARR growth through integrated programs.
 * Proficiency in field marketing, partner marketing, and demand generation across enterprise and mid‑market segments.
 * Experience optimizing marketing ROI, attribution modeling, and spend efficiency using tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and Looker.
 * Executive presence with the ability to communicate persuasively to C‑level audiences.
 * Comfort operating in an evolving environment with a bias toward action, accountability, and continuous improvement.
 * Ability and willingness to travel to Helsinki, Finland for team management, planning sessions, and leadership meetings.
