We are currently recruiting for an accomplished Culinary Team Member to prepare and cook dishes to the highest standard in a fast-paced kitchen operation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Liaise with senior chefs on ordering and pricing
* Train junior staff on recipes, presentation, and cooking skills
* Contribute to new menus with innovative ideas and assist in culinary competitions
* Maintain high hygiene standards and HACCP practices throughout the kitchen and food areas
Requirements:
* 2+ years experience in a similar role
* Valid EU work permit
* Passion for cooking with creativity
* Excellent hygiene and HACCP experience
