* Conduct B2B outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone to introduce Rayco Solutions' workflow automation services.
* Qualify leads and schedule appointments for our automation consultants.
* Manage CRM entries, update lead statuses, and track all outreach activity.
* Follow up on warm leads from marketing campaigns and inbound channels.
* Develop and maintain professional relationships with key decision-makers (managing directors, operations managers, business owners).
* Report weekly progress on outreach numbers, meetings booked, and conversion rates.
