*About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated
Web Operations Business Analyst*
to join our team and support our website operations. The Web Operations Business Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, identify areas of improvement and implement solutions to enhance our platforms ensuring we are compliant with our security and legal requirements. The role will report to the Web Operations Solution Manager and will be based in Naas, Co. Kildare.
Kerry operates a Hybrid working policy, candidates will be required to work from our offices in Naas each week.
*What will I be doing?*
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for our website portfolio focusing on WordPress and Adobe Experience Manager platforms
* Design solutions, enhancements and BAU activities for Kerry's website portfolio (focus will be on our AEM and WordPress based solutions)
* Work with our internal security team to ensure we are compliant with all security requirements and our websites are free from vulnerabilities
* Collaborate with our third-party agencies to ensure adherence to Kerry's website hosting criteria
* Work with and support our internal marketing functions to maintain our websites and enhance our existing platforms
* Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for website related issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to operations
* Develop and continuously improve application, system policies, templates and guidelines within the web operations team
* Work with other technology functions to enhance existing and develop new application standards
* Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimisation
* Utilise data- driven insights to recommend and implement process enhancements, contributing to overall business efficiency
* Develop comprehensive business cases and feasibility studies to support proposed initiatives
* Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment between all parties involved
* Schedule calls with stakeholders and record minutes and requirements
* Update team plan and progress documentation using Dev ops boards and Excel lists used in weekly calls
*What do I need to be successful?*
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science or a related field
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy while maintaining an ability to multi-task without losing focus
* Technical aptitude and familiarity with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript and responsive design principles.
* Understanding of WordPress technology stack, in particular experience with multisite capabilities and with exposure to integration with other platforms/systems (GitHub/Microsoft Azure)
* Knowledge and experience with Azure DevOps Boards or equivalent
* Exposure to AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) and Adobe stack desirable however training will be provided
* Experience with project management and Agile methodologies is a plus
