We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Specialist Pharmacist to lead our pharmaceutical care and clinical pharmacy services.


Main Responsibilities:

* Clinical Information Systems: Utilize relevant clinical information systems, including ARIA, to achieve and maintain competence.
* Medication Policy Development: Develop, review, and implement medication policies, procedures, protocols, and guidelines within the hospital.
* Medication Formulary Management: Safely and cost-effectively manage the entry of new medications onto the hospital formulary.
