The Great National Hotel Ballina is seeking a friendly and professional Leisure Centre Attendant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our leisure centre, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and providing excellent customer service to our guests.
Responsibilities:
 * Greet guests and provide information about the leisure centre and its facilities
 * Ensure the leisure centre is clean, organized, and safe for guests to use
 * Monitor the pool and other facilities to ensure guest safety and compliance with health and safety regulations
 * Perform basic maintenance tasks, such as cleaning equipment and changing pool filters
 * Provide assistance and instruction to guests using the equipment and facilities
 * Maintain accurate records of pool usage, equipment maintenance, and other relevant data
 * Enforce leisure centre policies and procedures to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests
 * Assist with other tasks as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the leisure centre and hotel
Requirements:
 * Previous experience in a similar role preferred
 * Excellent communication and customer service skills
 * Ability to work independently and as part of a team
 * Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
 * Familiarity with health and safety regulations and procedures
 * Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
