Key Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders across Technology, Finance, and Risk teams to design and deliver effective, scalable solutions. Support all stages of project delivery from initiation and requirements gathering through development, testing, and implementation. Translate business requirements into clear technical solutions and ensure all proposals are appropriately governed and approved. Analyse and interpret financial data to identify trends, challenge assumptions, and provide actionable insights. Ensure adherence to established standards, frameworks, and quality assurance processes. Produce and transfer comprehensive documentation to business-as-usual (BAU) teams for seamless operational handover. Identify, manage, and escalate risks or issues promptly to ensure timely resolution and compliance with internal procedures. Essential Qualifications A third-level degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or another numerically or analytically focused discipline. Essential Skills and Experience Proficiency in SAS technologies such as SAS Enterprise Guide, SAS Enterprise Miner, SAS Visual Analytics, and SAS Data Integration Studio. Minimum of five years experience within the financial services or a similarly regulated industry. Demonstrated success in delivering technology-based solutions across full project life cycles. Strong analytical and interpretative skills with the ability to challenge and improve existing processes. Proven problem-solving ability and experience delivering practical, efficient solutions. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience engaging at all organisational levels. Desirable Skills and Experience Hands-on programming experience in Python (including Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib) and familiarity with cloud computing concepts. Experience in project management or coordination, with the ability to prioritise complex, interdependent tasks. Proactive, self-starting approach with a collaborative and adaptable mindset.
