A strategic support role exists for a Chief Underwriting Officer and other senior leaders in the Global Underwriting Group and Dublin office location.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will provide high-level administrative support, including:
* Managing complex diaries for senior executives, arranging meetings across multiple time zones.
* Coordinating travel arrangements, monitoring email correspondence, and producing correspondence, memos, presentations, and reports on behalf of the executive team.
* Overseeing the day-to-day management of the Dublin office, coordinating events, and providing administrative support as needed.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* 5+ years of executive-level administration experience.
* Efficient time management and task prioritization skills.
* Demonstrated ability to work independently with little direction to identify problems and solutions.
* Experience with organizing small- and large-scale events and using Microsoft Office Suite.
