Job Description:

* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the People Operations team, including general HR and L&D duties.
* Collect and analyse data from HR and L&D information systems to identify trends and escalate issues to relevant department managers.
* Develop and implement effective HR and L&D processes, reports, and policies to improve organisational performance.
* Collaborate with the People Operations team to design and deliver HR and L&D projects that drive business outcomes.
* Participate in the recruitment process, including shortlisting candidates, conducting interviews, and reference checking.
* Develop and maintain accurate records of employee data, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Act as a liaison between employees and management, resolving conflicts and addressing employee concerns.
Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience in HR or a related field.
* Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR initiatives.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
