We utilize cutting-edge products and forward-thinking strategies to provide liquidity management, payment, receipts, trade and supply chain finance, FX, and commercial card services with a personalized touch.Programme OverviewOur 10-week summer analyst programme emphasises on-the-job training. You will rotate between two GPS groups (sales and product) to learn how we use people and technology to transform treasury solutions for clients.Training and DevelopmentYour training and development are our top priority with extensive formal training at the start of the programme, plus on-the-job support, educational speaker events and mentorship throughout.ResponsibilitiesWork with different product sets including cash management, liquidity, payments, foreign exchange, commercial card, trade, and supply chain financeUnderstand the end-to-end business, from product development through to selling the solution to clientsEnsure an effective handover process to the Bank’s implementation team when new business is won, maintaining contact through the process to ensure client’s needs are metAttend client/prospective client visits to grow and win new businessParticipate in creating bespoke treasury solutions for clientsPrepare and deliver proposals and presentationsEligibilityCandidates are required to be pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a completion timeframe between September 2026 and July 2027. Completion means all final exams, coursework, and there are no outstanding graduation requirements. Evidence of completion date may be requested before extending an offer.Available to join the Summer Internship programme from June to August 2026.Available to join the Graduate Analyst programme from July 2027 if selected after the 2026 Summer InternshipOn track for a minimum 2:1 degree/Merit classification (or equivalent)Fluency in English is essential for all rolesCandidates who perform well during the internship may be offered full-time employment to commence in July 2027; some lines of business may offer a January or April start date.
