Job Description
* Demonstrate leadership presence and support colleagues to achieve departmental objectives.
* Manage stock orders, staffing levels, health and safety protocols, and cleaning schedules to maintain a high standard of customer care.
* Liaise with the operations manager on training and development, and work closely with the head chef to update menus.
* Carefully monitor cash handling, perform regular stock takes, and increase revenue through effective duty management.
Promote a culture of good employee morale, commitment, and teamwork within the department.
Requirements
* At least 3 years of experience in a senior management role in a 4-star hotel or restaurant.
* Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with flexibility to work midweek, weekends, and evenings.
