Customer Service Representative
Location: SouthWest, Ireland
We are seeking a professional to provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all customers receive a high standard of care.
Key Responsibilities:
* Engage with customers on the banking hall floor, enquiring as to their needs.
* Guide customers to self-service options, including mobile app, internet banking, and kiosks.
* Direct customers to senior staff if required.
* Handle basic queries and complaints, directing senior staff as needed.
* Update customer information and sales needs using digital platforms.
Requirements:
* Customer service experience, high standard of service and demonstrated awareness of the importance of same.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work as part of a team in a busy environment.
* An ability to adapt to new technologies, using digital platforms to enable customers to self-serve.
