Were now hiring aCafé Manager (Front of House Lead) to take ownership of our daily operations from open to close, Monday to Friday.
This is a hands-on, structured role perfect for someone with strong front-of-house experience whos ready to lead a small team, ensure great service, and keep everything running like clockwork without evenings or weekends.
Your Daily Responsibilities Will Include: Opening the café and baking off pastries each morning Setting up the café floor and overseeing daily operations Running the till and managing daily cash-up Coordinating with baristas and washup team Handling customer service and occasional complaints Keeping the café spotless, stocked and well-presented Placing stock orders and managing supplier relationships Posting to social media and helping with promotions Reporting any maintenance issues or supply needs Working closely with the head chef to ensure smooth kitchen/FOH coordination What Were Looking For: A reliable, organised team player with leadership qualities Previous front-of-house or café management experience Confident with tills, stock control and light admin A people person with a sharp eye for cleanliness and service Someone who takes pride in running a great space Bonus if youre confident using Instagram or Canva What Youll Get: Set weekday hours - Monday to Friday Free coffee and meal during shifts No late nights, no weekend shifts Work in a small, local team that values initiative and ownership Salary Range: €28,000€32,000 depending on experience
