Job Description
Lead the planning, design, and execution of large‑scale civil infrastructure projects, with a focus on drainage and water systems.
* Oversee the project lifecycle including feasibility studies, budgeting, scheduling, permitting, procurement, and construction.
* Coordinate with clients, regulatory agencies, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project goals are met.
* Manage project risks, quality assurance, and change control processes.
* Prepare and present technical reports, proposals, and project updates to stakeholders.
* Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal environmental and safety regulations.
* Mentor junior engineers and project staff, fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaboration.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
* Minimum 10 years of experience in heavy civil engineering, with at least 5 years in a project management role.
* Proven expertise in drainage design, stormwater management, and water infrastructure.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* PMP certification is a plus.
