We are expanding our field sales team in Ireland and are looking forambitious new-business professionals who want strong earning potential, clearprogression, and ownership of their territory.
Requirements
New Business Focus
This is a fully field-based new-business sales role.
It isnot a remote or account-management position.
As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible forwinning new B2B customers across your territory through a mix of self-generatedprospecting and pre-arranged appointments.
You will meet business ownersface-to-face, present CreatePay Ireland solutions, and close deals.
If you enjoy being out on the road, thrive on targets, andare motivated by performance-based earnings, this role will suit you.
Key Responsibilities
Identify,target, and win new B2B customers within your territory
Generateleads through cold outreach, local networking, and business visits
Attenda combination of self-generated and pre-arranged appointments
Conductin-person sales meetings with business owners and decision-makers
Presenttailored payment solutions aligned to customer needs
Handleobjections confidently and close deals
Maintaina strong pipeline of opportunities
Consistentlymeet or exceed agreed sales targets
Accuratelymanage activity and pipeline reporting
What Success Looks Like
Consistentachievement of monthly and quarterly targets
Stronglevels of self-generated new business
Highconversion rates from meetings to customers
Growthin territory revenue and personal earnings
