About The Role
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Bar Manager in daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
* Manage and motivate bar staff, ensuring excellent customer service.
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance with licensing laws.
* Assist in managing stock control, ordering, and inventory management.
* Train and develop team members to deliver consistent quality.
* Handle customer queries, feedback, and resolve issues effectively.
* Contribute to cocktail/menu development and promotions to drive sales.
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 2 years' experience working behind the bar in a fast-paced hospitality environment
* Previous management or supervisory experience in a bar or hospitality setting
* Strong knowledge of drinks, cocktails, and bar operations
* Excellent customer service skills with a guest-first attitude
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
* Confident in leading a team while working collaboratively
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
* A proactive, enthusiastic approach and the ability to maintain a high-energy atmosphere
