This role suits someone who enjoys working in a high volume, fast paced environment and has strong attention to detail and organisational skills.Key ResponsibilitiesProcessing a high volume of supplier invoices and credit notes across multiple currenciesMatching invoices to purchase orders and delivery notes, resolving discrepancies with suppliers and internal teamsSetting up and maintaining supplier accounts, ensuring accuracy and fraud preventionPreparing and processing weekly and monthly payment runsAssisting with bank and supplier statement reconciliationsManaging supplier queries professionally and efficientlySkills & Experience RequiredProven experience in the accounts payable / purchase ledger / Finance teamStrong Excel skills and experience using accounting systems (SAP desirable)High level of accuracy, strong time management, and ability to work under pressureTeam-oriented with the confidence to work independently when requiredBenefits PackageSalary: £29,000 - £30,000 Plus BonusEvery other Friday off!
