Requirements
* A recognised Insurance qualification
* Excellent telephone manner and customer care skills essential
* Experience in dealing with Insurance clients & personal lines policies
* Good communication skills to build relationships with customers and our panel of Insurance companies
* The ability to work as part of a team and own initiative to meet deadlines
* Strong telesales & customer service skills
* Organisational Skills & attention to detail.
* Be an energetic, motivated and disciplined individual with a positive attitude.
* Excellent IT skills, Relay experience an advantage but not necessary
* Must be Grandfathered, APA or CIP qualified & Comply with the fitness and probity standards
Key Duties & Responsibilities
* Handling customer queries and looking after all aspects of their policies
* All aspects of advising & selling Car, House, Van Insurance & Ancillary products.
* Assisting in lead generation & sales initiatives
* Progression and Growth opportunities within the business
* Salary Commensurate with experience
* Income protection insurance & Death in Service Benefit
* Work from home available on occasion
* Commission structure included
* Strong training & upskilling support from management
