Sweeney Solicitors, also trading as PropertySolicitors.ie and ProbateOnline.ie, are seeking an experienced Property and Probate Solicitor to join their growing practice in Templemore, Co. Tipperary.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and client‑focused Solicitor to become part of a modern and progressive firm with a strong reputation in conveyancing, probate and private client services. This is a full time permanent position based in the firm’s Templemore office.
The role
Residential and commercial conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion
Probate and estate administration matters
Drafting wills, enduring powers of attorney and related legal documentation
Advising clients on estate planning and private client matters
Handling Land Registry applications and liaising with financial institutions and third parties
Providing clear, practical and solution‑focused legal advice
Maintaining strong client relationships and delivering a high standard of client care
Managing files efficiently and meeting deadlines in a busy practice environment
Requirements
A minimum of 3+ years’ PQE as a Solicitor in Ireland
Strong experience in conveyancing and probate/private client matters
Ability to manage your own caseload independently
Excellent drafting, organisational and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise competing deadlines
A professional, personable and client‑focused approach
Experience using case management systems and legal technology
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
