A leading international company headquartered in Dublin and listed on the London Stock Exchange are seeking to recruit an Executive Assistant with some company secretarial experience.The role will provide high-quality executive and administrative support to the Chief Risk Officer & General Counsel, non-executive Board members and the Company Secretarial team. The role combines traditional EA responsibilities — including diary management, meeting coordination, and communication support — with company secretarial and governance administration, such as maintaining statutory records, and supporting Board and senior management meetings.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, board packs, and minutes for head office entities.Statutory Compliance: Maintain up-to-date statutory registers, minute books, and other corporate records.Document Management: Prepare and manage legal and statutory documents, including resolutions and filings for the CRO and other portals.Corporate Filings: Ensure timely submission of all required forms, annual returns and accounts, and documents to the CRO and UK Companies House.Coordinate travel and logistics for the Board and Committee meetings, annual site visits, and Director inductions.Update Share Scheme registers and prepare annual share scheme related documentation.Support Board Chair consultation with shareholders, including communications and meeting arrangements.Assist with year-end processes: director emolument forms, financial statement signing and filing, minutes for annual accounts approval, and audit related requests.The successful candidate will be a highly professional and motivated individual with a proactive mindset and a strong commitment to excellence.
