Social Care Manager (Person in Charge) Full Time - Kilkenny Salary: €57,327 - €67,416 We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established community-based service provider supporting adults with intellectual disabilities across residential, supported living, and day services. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Social Care Manager / Person in Charge to take on a senior leadership role within a complex service, ensuring high-quality, person-centred supports while maintaining full compliance with HIQA and safeguarding standards. The Role As Person in Charge, you will have overall responsibility for the governance, leadership, and day-to-day management of services. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, oversee quality and compliance, and ensure individuals supported experience a safe, meaningful, and high-quality life. This is a full-time salaried role (approx. 40 hours per week) and includes participation in an on-call rota, including evenings and weekends.
