Position: Fitness Coach / Personal Trainer
Hours: ***** hours per week
The Well is a women-focused strength and wellness studio in Thomastown — a safe, supportive space where women can train, connect, and feel their best.
We're looking for a friendly, down-to-earth coach to join our growing team.
What's involved:
Coaching small group strength and fitness classes
Delivering personal training sessions
Creating and updating client programs
Supporting member onboarding and general studio admin
Requirements:
Qualified Personal Trainer with experience in both PT and group training
Confident in program design and progression
Current First Aid certification
Passionate about helping women feel strong and confident
Friendly, approachable, and a team player
Highly valued experience:
Working with women's health or pre/postnatal clients
Building confidence in beginners or those new to exercise
