Pig Farm Supervisor
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to oversee the daily operations of our pig farm in Ireland.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of the pig farm, including the daily care, feeding, and well-being of pigs at all stages of production. This includes:
1. Ensuring that pigs are raised in accordance with health and welfare standards, including vaccinations, disease prevention, and treatment.
2. Maintaining accurate records of pig production and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
3. Supervising, training, and managing farm employees to ensure clear communication and efficient teamwork.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a farm management role, preferably within pig farming. They will also possess technical and practical competence, as well as the ability to make sound husbandry and business decisions.
