Quality Management Role
Responsibilities
1. Professional Knowledge Reserve:
Have an in-depth understanding of relevant standards for the quality management system (such as ISO 9001), be familiar with the requirements of its clauses and application scenarios, and be able to accurately build and improve the company's quality system based on this.
2. Quality Control Tools:
Be proficient in quality control tools and methods, such as Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Six Sigma tools, to effectively analyze quality data, find the root causes of problems, and improve quality.
3. Communication and Coordination:
Internally, communicate smoothly with different departments (production, R&D, logistics), convey quality requirements and goals, coordinate efforts to solve quality problems, and promote the implementation of quality improvement measures. Externally, maintain communication with suppliers and customers, communicate quality standards with suppliers, and handle complaints from customers.
4. Problem-Solving:
Organize investigations into quality problems arising in production and after-sales service, analyze causes using scientific methods, formulate practical solutions, and ensure follow-up to prevent recurrence.
5. Leadership and Team Management:
If leading a quality team, motivate members, allocate tasks reasonably, cultivate professional skills, and build an active, efficient, and strong-execution quality team.
6. Data Analysis:
Collect, sort, and analyze quality-related data, gain insights into quality trends, discover potential risks, and make informed quality decisions to prevent issues.
7. Continuous Learning:
Stay enthusiastic about learning new concepts and technologies in quality management, follow industry trends, introduce advanced methods, and adapt to challenges in the company's business.
