Customer Services Executive – Key Duties:
 * Manage and maintain relationships with a portfolio of existing B2B clients.
 * Process and oversee customer orders from start to completion.
 * Liaise with the warehouse team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of goods.
 * Handle client queries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
 * Deliver exceptional customer service to maintain client satisfaction and loyalty.
 * Coordinate internally to ensure smooth communication between departments.
 * Maintain accurate records of client interactions and order details.
 * Support continuous improvement of customer service processes and standards.
It is essential you have no less than 2 years in a B2B Customer Service role with excellent communication, organisational and time management skills.
