Recruitment coordinators play a pivotal role in the hiring process, ensuring seamless collaboration between candidates and hiring managers. In this 11-month contract opportunity, you will have the chance to work remotely and make a meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate interview scheduling with precision and accuracy
* Manage logistics for interviews, including sending invitations, booking rooms, and setting up video conferencing
* Maintain accurate candidate data within our applicant tracking system
* Prepare employment documentation as required
* Request and prepare background checks with internal teams
* Foster strong relationships with recruiters and hiring managers
* Contribute to various projects and initiatives as needed
Required Experience:
* A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook (scheduling, calendar, etc.)
* Experience using HRIS or Applicant Tracking Database systems, preferably Workday
* Strong attention to detail
