Little Pot Limited of Bar 1661, Ulysses House, 1-6 Green Street, Dublin 7, D07 YT6H T862 is seeking a dynamic and capable Beverage Manager to direct and coordinate the bar facilities of our licensed premises.
The Beverage Manager is required to ensure the efficient operation of the business and all departments on a day-to-day basis and ensuring delivery in the highest standard of customer service. The Beverage Manager is required to be capable of handling any situation in a professional manner in a fast-paced environment and lead the team efficiently.

* Guest Experience Management.
* Operational Management.
* Catering and Bar services Management.
* Creation of new and Innovative drinks.
* Staff Management and Training.
* Customer Relationship Management.
* Marketing and Sales Strategy.
* Development of Promotions and Special Offer packages.
* Brand Representation.
* Purchases and directing of the purchasing of supplies and arranges for preparation of accounts.
* Verifying that quality of food and beverages and waiting service are as required.
* Inventory and Supply Chain Management.
* Technology and Innovation Management.
* Data analytics utilisation.
* Sustainability and environmental initiatives.
Experience and skill set required:
* Two years' experience in the hospitality industry is a minimum, 5 years+ experience would be desirable. Experience with food processing, mixology, together with management experience, in operational and customer-facing roles would be preferable. A degree in a related field would be desirable. Experience in different sectors within hospitality would also be beneficial.
Salary/Remuneration: €34,000 per annum and 39 hours working week.
