Overview
Our client is seeking a highly skilled Audio and Video Technician to join their expanding team in Cork. The primary focus of this role will be to support Voice and Video Conferencing systems, including adding and changing configurations to ensure seamless communication across the organization.
Responsibilities
* Oversee the management and direction of internal video communications technology. Maintain and support existing video conferencing and voice systems globally. Collaborate with teams to recommend and implement both tactical and strategic improvements in video, voice, and networking solutions.
* Provide ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting for desktop phones and VC systems. Manage wiring closet cabling, patching, and regular inspections. Maintain comms room infrastructure and ensure all systems are running smoothly. Resolve trouble tickets and service requests in a timely and efficient manner.
Qualifications
* Experience in engineering and deploying large-scale integrated video conferencing systems. Solid technical knowledge in audio and video design and troubleshooting. Strong communication skills, especially in video conferencing and voice environments. A demonstrated ability to develop and implement video and voice solutions in a professional setting.
