Technical Services Coordinator(Electrical) Dubin 2Salary: €65 - €75k plus pension and healthcare and meals and benefitsAreas of InterestEngineering/Maintenance, Facilities ManagementWorking in state-of-the-art multi-national IT manged services offices, as part of a large Facilities Management team.The Technical Coordinator will provide Electrical maintenance and other services as part of the maintenance and operations team, and ensure operations, maintenance and repairs are carried out in compliance to relevant SLAs, SOP's and GxP requirements where required.The role requires an individual with a customer-focused proactive attitude, technical strengths, and strong people management skills combined with an ability to communicate effectively under constant pressure with a multitude of stakeholdersKey ResponsibilitiesTo manage a team of Electrical Technicians responsible for routine preventative, reactive and building maintenance. Responsible for the coordination of routine preventative, reactive and preventative maintenance.To ensure PM reports for all services are received, all remedial actions are brought to the attention of relevant stakeholders, and repairs are completed in a timely manner. Support other facilities site functions in delivering exceptional service to our client.Ensure all health, safety and environmental requirements are fulfilled prior to work commencement. Ensure all work activities are carried out within agreed timelines, while ensuring safe systems of work (RA, MS, SPA and Permits) are adhered to.To complete small projects, when necessary, with full responsibility from planning, ordering parts, installation, testing, commissioning and documentation.To update and utilise site CMMS systems for recording of work activities.Assist in keeping buildings and work areas or storage areas clean and tidy.To adopt a right-first-time attitude, continuous improvement policy and pride in one's work to attain the highest levels of craftsmanship.Assist with the direct supervision of vendors/contractors on site to ensure a comprehensive Contractor Management. To be flexible and adaptable to new working methods, practises, plant, equipment or procedures.Candidates will be able to work both independently and as part of a growing team. Education/skillsExperience in facilities management or building services industry/consultancy. Expertise or familiarity with M&E equipment. Familiarity with Building Management Systems. Experience in project management and overseeing the work of external contractors. Experience in building environmental/energy efficiency. Strong IT skillsStrong solid work experience in large multi-national industryCMMS ExperienceStrong interpersonal / communication skillsQualified Electrician or relevant technical qualification.
