Responsibilities
* Lead all spa and wellness operations within a luxury hotel environment, ensuring a 5-star guest experience
* Curate and oversee premium wellbeing programs, including yoga, meditation, mindfulness sessions, and holistic therapies
* Recruit, train, and inspire a high-performing team of spa therapists, wellness practitioners, and front-of-house staff
* Develop exclusive spa and wellness packages aligned with the hotel’s luxury brand and guest expectations
* Manage departmental budgeting, revenue growth, and cost control while maintaining top-tier service standards
* Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and cleanliness protocols across all spa and wellness areas
* Collaborate with marketing and hotel departments to promote wellness offerings and drive guest engagement
* Foster a serene and restorative environment that aligns with luxury hospitality and wellness excellence.
Qualifications
* Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Administration or related field.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in an assistant management role within a spa, wellness center, or luxury hotel environment.
* Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent guest service and problem-solving abilities.
* Knowledge of spa services, treatments, and product retailing.
* Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
