So, what's the job?
Please note that this is a contract role for 6 months
* You'll manage end-to-end recruitment across a variety of business functions.
* You'll partner with hiring managers to develop effective sourcing strategies and deliver on hiring needs.
* You'll source top talent through applications, headhunting, and referrals, building strong pipelines for current and future roles.
* You'll support hiring managers during interviews to ensure a fair, inclusive, and consistent process.
* You'll provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
* You'll deliver a premium recruitment experience to hiring managers, internal stakeholders, and candidates.
* You'll act as a trusted advisor, offering insights on market trends, candidate expectations, and recruitment best practices.
* You'll lead and contribute to regional recruitment projects and initiatives.
And what are we looking for?
* You'll be a passionate recruitment professional, with a background in financial services recruitment.
* You'll have prior experience recruiting a range of roles from corporate services to customer service.
* You'll ideally have experience sourcing for technical insurance roles (e.g., actuarial).
* You'll have prior experience recruiting across the UK and Ireland, with experience recruiting in continental Europe a bonus.
* You'll be highly organised, with the ability to manage your recruitment portfolio and pipeline independently.
* You'll have the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including candidates and hiring managers.
* You'll be available for a 6-month contract role.
