The Ideal Candidate
Master's degree or MBA in Food Science, Chemical Engineering or related field preferred 15+ years of experience in R&D/technical leadership within food manufacturing,CPG adjacent sectors Demonstrated track record of delivering differentiated innovation Strong commercial acumen comfortable operating complexity ambiguity strong influencing communication skills ability translate science business value travel internationally up ~30%
