The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing hotel operations, focusing on Food & Beverage related areas.
* Manage all aspects of hotel operations with a focus on efficiency and quality.
* Support department heads in running the hotel effectively.
* Implement efficient work methods and systems.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing staff rotas to ensure adequate cover at minimal cost.
* Ensuring kitchens and premises meet and exceed EHO/HSA/WRC and other government bodies' standards.
* Developing and maintaining operational excellence.
