This is a Monday-to-Friday daytime position, offering excellent work-life balance with free weekends, new equipment, and an opportunity to be part of an exciting culinary operation.
Key Duties Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes in your assigned section.
Assist in the creation and development of menus, incorporating fresh and local ingredients.
Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and safety at all times.
Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the daily operation of the kitchen.
Manage stock levels, rotation, and waste control efficiently.
Ensure consistency and quality across all dishes and service periods.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture.
Requirements Previous experience working as a Chef de Partie in a professional kitchen.
Strong knowledge of food preparation, kitchen operations, and HACCP standards.
Passion for fresh, seasonal, and locally sourced ingredients.
Excellent communication and organisation skills.
Ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Must be living in Ireland and have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland.
Visa and relocation packages are not provided.
Salary & Benefits Salary up to €37,000 per annum (Negotiable depending on experience).
