As an IT Technician Support Specialist, you'll handle troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues, assist with system setup and upgrades, and maintain IT infrastructure reliability. You'll also collaborate closely with internal teams to provide excellent user support, manage helpdesk tickets, and implement solutions that enhance overall IT performance. What You'll Do:
* Provide first and second-level technical support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
* Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues efficiently
* Set up and configure new systems, user accounts, and applications
* Support IT infrastructure maintenance, including system updates and security patches
* Maintain documentation for IT procedures and asset inventory
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT improvement projects
What We're Looking For:
* 2+ years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or system administration
* Strong understanding of Windows/macOS environments and Microsoft 365 tools
* Knowledge of networking, VPNs, and cloud-based systems (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Workspace)
* Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and time management skills
* A customer-focused mindset with attention to detail and reliability
* Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft, or ITIL are a plus
