Retail Assistant,
you will be the face of the store, ensuring every customer receives a friendly, helpful, and efficient service.
You will support daily store operations, maintain visual merchandising standards, and help drive sales through excellent product knowledge and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in a warm, professional manner
Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately
Restock shelves and maintain clean, organised displays
Taking customer orders via phone & email
Picking & packing items to fulfil orders.
Support team members and contribute to a positive store environment
Skills & Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service focus
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
Computer Literate and cash-handling skills
Previous retail or customer service experience is essential
