Construction Project Manager
The client requires two project managers to oversee housing projects in Co. Kerry, initially consisting of 60-unit developments.
* Manage site safety and operations effectively
* Report to a regional senior PM/director on the development of people and processes
* Develop and maintain quality control measures adhering to project specifications
Main responsibilities include:
1. Managing relationships with key stakeholders for successful project execution
2. Monitoring project progress and managing risks proactively
3. Supervising subcontractors and suppliers efficiently
4. Ensuring EHS compliance and resource utilization
Requirements are as follows:
* Degree in construction management or a related field of study
* Minimum 5 years of experience as a construction engineer/site manager/PM with strong knowledge of construction techniques and regulations
* Excellent leadership and communication skills essential for success in this role
