The role
Operations Customer Expert – Lisbon Hub
Join a leading UK‑based digital bank for the March 16 intake. We are looking for banking professionals to manage high‑stakes operations, including fraud, disputes, and complaints, in a high‑growth fintech environment.
Monthly Gross Compensation
Option 1 (Including Provided Apartment): €1,966.33 (base salary, all monthly allowances, and benefit‑in‑kind).
Option 2 (Without Accommodation): €2,012.50 (base salary and all monthly allowances).
Performance Bonus: Monthly productivity bonus up to €300.00.
Mandatory Requirements
Experience: At least 1 year in Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance, either based in Ireland or serving the Irish market from abroad.
English: C1/C2 level proficiency.
Legal: EU Citizenship or a valid Portuguese residence/work permit.
