What You'll Be Doing
You'll provide day to day administrative support to the Health, Safety & Environmental team and wider project management teams. The role is diverse, with a mix of coordination, document control, reporting, and general office duties.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Assisting with the coordination of health, safety, and environmental activities
* Supporting document management, reporting, and internal systems
* Preparing presentations, correspondence, and monthly summaries
* Maintaining accurate records and assisting with everyday office administration
What We're Looking For
We're keen to speak with people who have:
* Solid administrative experience (construction background is a bonus, not essential)
* Good Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
* Previous exposure to HSE functions is helpful but not required.
