Job Title: Payroll Executive
This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to join our growing team in Limerick.
The ideal candidate will have experience in payroll processing and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Take full ownership of client payrolls across multiple pay frequencies
* Prepare and submit accurate payroll reports in line with statutory requirements
* Maintain up-to-date payroll records, including new starters, leavers, and employee changes
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a payroll processing role, preferably in a client-focused environment
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, reconciliations)
* Meticulous attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
