The Role:
The company is seeking Mechanical Site Supervisors to join their team for a range of projects across the Louth and Greater Dublin areas. The successful candidate will oversee on-site mechanical works, lead installation teams, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and coordinate with key stakeholders to deliver projects efficiently and on schedule.
Responsibilities:
* Review mechanical drawings and layouts using Procore software and flag issues before project start.
* Supervise mechanical installations including piping, fixtures, and systems.
* Lead and support site operatives and apprentices to deliver high-quality work.
* Liaise with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination.
* Monitor site safety, conduct regular inspections, and manage any incidents in line with procedures.
* Maintain accurate site records and reports through Procore.
* Ensure quality, safety, and project deadlines are consistently achieved.
* Manage material orders and delivery logistics with the procurement team.
* Oversee testing and commissioning in collaboration with project and QA teams.
* Adhere to company standards, policies, and health and safety procedures.
The Person:
* Time-served plumber with proven experience in a mechanical site supervisory role.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
* Full, clean driving licence.
* Willingness and flexibility to travel to multiple project sites across Louth and Greater Dublin.
* Possession of valid safety documentation (e.g., Safe Pass, manual handling, etc.).
The Offer:
* Full-time, permanent position (site hours: 7:00am – 3:30pm).
* Competitive salary of between €60,000 - €65,000
