Site Manager
We are seeking a seasoned Site Manager to oversee the development of our projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgets.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple civil teams and projects, coordinating subcontractors, and liaising with the Health & Safety Team. Key responsibilities include:
* Reporting directly to the Project/Contract Manager
* Oversight of project plans, timeframes, and budgets
* Selection and coordination of subcontractors
* Procurement of plant, machinery, and equipment
* Leadership of site teams, motivating staff to achieve high standards
* Liaison with the Health & Safety Team to ensure compliance
* Administrative tasks, including paperwork and reporting
* Client liaison, attending meetings and regular communication
* Maintenance of quality standards on site
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, applicants must possess:
* A degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
* At least 2 years' management experience
* Proven track record of managing multiple civil teams and projects
* Excellent organizational skills
* Attention to detail
* Strong communication skills
* Confidence in using Microsoft Office
* Knowledge of current health and safety legislation
* Full Driving License
