Healthcare Assistants – Dublin Campus
Are you passionate about making a positive difference in people’s lives? Servisource is seeking dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistants to support students with disabilities in a vibrant, inclusive educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide personal care and mobility assistance as required.
2. Support students with activities of daily living in a respectful and dignified manner.
3. Assist students to attend lectures, tutorials, and move around campus.
4. Maintain confidentiality and uphold students’ independence and rights.
5. Collaborate with the college’s disability and student services teams.
Requirements:
* QQI Level 5 in Healthcare Support (or equivalent).
* CPR, People Moving & Handling, Infection Prevention Control & Hand Hygiene certifications.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Empathetic, patient, and supportive approach.
* Flexibility and ability to work as part of a team.
