Are you a hungry, young, and driven sales professional with a keen eye for detail? Do you have a passion for connecting with people and a proven track record in outbound sales? We're looking for a highly motivated Contract Outbound Sales Representative to join our team and help us expand our reach in the Irish funeral services market.

About the Role:

We're a scrappy startup, and we're building something special from the ground up. This isn't a structured, corporate gig; this role is for someone who thrives in a bit of chaos and loves the freedom of an unstructured environment. You'll be responsible for identifying, cold calling, and cold emailing all funeral directors across Ireland. Your primary goal will be to generate leads, build relationships, and convert prospects into clients for our funeral planning and support services. This is a high-autonomy position that requires a self-starter with a relentless drive to succeed and the ability to find a way forward, even when there's no clear path.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead Generation & Prospecting: Research and build a comprehensive database of funeral homes and directors throughout Ireland.
* Outbound Sales: Execute targeted cold calling and cold emailing campaigns to initiate contact and introduce our services.
* Sales Conversion: Skillfully manage the sales pipeline from initial contact to closing, consistently meeting or exceeding weekly targets.
* Reporting: Maintain meticulous records of all sales activities and progress, providing regular reports on performance and market feedback.
* Product Knowledge: Become an expert on our services and articulate their value proposition to potential clients with clarity and confidence.

What We're Looking For:

* Experience: Proven experience in a contract or full-time outbound sales role, with a strong emphasis on cold calling and cold emailing. Experience in B2B sales is highly desirable.
* Attention to Detail: Good organisational skills and the ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records are essential for success.
* Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage prospects effectively and professionally.
* Resilience & Drive: A "hungry" and persistent attitude, with the ability to handle rejection and remain motivated in a results-driven environment.
* Adaptability: The capacity to work independently and manage your own schedule, thriving on the flexibility of a contract position.
