ProSource are recruiting a Finishing Foreman/Finishing Supervisor on behalf of their client who are a well renowned Main Building Contractor. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of internal finishes and fit-out on site, ensuring that works are completed to the highest quality and delivered on programme. The role involves close coordination with subcontractors, suppliers, and the project team to achieve a snag-free handover.Your main duties will include, but not be limited to;Supervise and coordinate finishing trades, including joinery, drylining, ceilings, flooring, painting, and M&E final fix.Ensure works are carried out in line with project drawings, specifications, and quality standards.Monitor progress of finishing works and report to the Site Manager/Finishing Manager.Inspect workmanship and manage snagging/defects lists through to completion.Maintain high standards of presentation and detail, with a focus on client satisfaction.Enforce health & safety compliance and promote safe working practices.Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and the project team to resolve finishing-related issues.Assist in planning and sequencing finishing works to meet deadlines and handover dates.To be successful in your application you will possess the following;Minimum 5 years in a finishing supervisor/foreman role on large-scale construction projects.Strong understanding of finishing trades, building regulations, and quality benchmarks.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to coordinate multiple trades.Ability to identify and resolve quality issues and ensure snag-free delivery.PackageCompetitive salary and benefits in line with experience.VehiclePensionOngoing training and professional support
