Description: We are currently hiring for a Senior Manager to come in and play a key leadership role within one of our South Dublin offices.
The successful candidate will oversee a diverse portfolio of clients while managing teams, driving operational excellence, contribute to the strategic development of the practice, support business development initiatives and build and maintain strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a broad portfolio of clients across a range of sectors, ensuring all services are delivered within agreed timelines and to the highest standard
Provide senior‑level technical expertise in areas including accounting, tax compliance and advisory
Review and approve financial statements prepared under Irish GAAP, FRS 102, IFRS
Oversee complex technical queries and provide guidance to clients and team members
Lead internal quality reviews in accordance with Xeinadin's quality assurance procedures
Manage, mentor, and develop a team of managers, assistant managers, seniors and trainees
Oversee billing, fee recovery, WIP management, and profitability for assigned portfolio
Contribute to budgeting and capacity planning at a practice‑wide level
Key Requirements
ACA/ACCA/CPA qualified accountant (or equivalent)
Minimum of 5 years experience in a leadership role within an Irish practice environment
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
Commercial awareness with an ability to identify growth opportunities
High attention to detail with a commitment to quality
Ability to manage competing priorities and work to tight deadlines
Proficiency with practice management software and accounting/audit systems
