Job DescriptionJob TitleDirector of Marketing and AdmissionsExpected Pay: $85,000 - $95,000 Salary Range plus Bonus Position SummaryThe Director of Marketing and Admissions serves as a key leader in advancing the mission of Brave Christian Schools by attracting, enrolling, and retaining families who align with the school's biblical values and educational philosophy. This role integrates strategic marketing, relational admissions, and Christ-centered communication to tell the story of the school and steward families through the enrollment journey with integrity, care, and excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesAdmissions & Enrollment LeadershipLead and manage the full admissions process from initial inquiry through enrollment and re-enrollmentDevelop and implement enrollment strategies that support sustainable growth and mission alignmentPersonally engage with prospective families through tours, interviews, open houses, and follow-upTrain and supervise admissions staff to ensure a Christ-centered, welcoming, and professional experienceReview applications and make enrollment recommendations in alignment with school policies and valuesTrack, analyze, and report enrollment data, trends, and goalsMarketing & CommunicationsDevelop and oversee a comprehensive strategic yearly marketing plan that clearly communicates the school's Christian mission, academic excellence, and spiritual formationEnsure all messaging, branding, and storytelling reflect Brave's mission Oversee website content, social media, email campaigns, and digital advertisingCreate print and promotional materials including viewbooks, brochures, and campus signageCapture and share stories of student growth, faith development, alumni impact, and community lifeMission Alignment & Community EngagementServe as a mission ambassador for the school within churches, ministries, and the broader communityBuild relationships with pastors, youth leaders, and church communitiesStrengthen partnerships with current families to support retention and referralsSupport student re-enrollment and family engagement effortsParticipate in school worship, chapel, and spiritual life eventsLeadership & CollaborationCollaborate closely with the Executive of Schools, the Principle leadership team, the Directors and facultyProvide regular reports on enrollment progress, marketing effectiveness, and family engagementManage marketing and admissions budgets responsiblyEnsure admissions practices align with accreditation standards and biblical valuesQualificationsPersonal commitment to Jesus Christ and agreement with the school's Statement of FaithBachelor's degree required; (Education, Marketing, Communications, or related field)5+ years of experience in admissions, marketing, enrollment management, or Christian educationStrong relational, communication, and leadership skillsExperience with CRM systems, digital marketing platforms, and data analysisUnderstanding of Christian school culture and family dynamicsDesired AttributesSpiritually mature and mission-drivenWarm, relational, and servant-heartedStrategic thinker with strong organizational skillsAuthentic communicator and storytellerCollaborative leader who values partnership with familiesReports ToVice Executive of Schools
