Job Overview:
The role of Procurement Specialist is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team in Limerick. As a Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and owning commercial and contractual requirements through the lifecycle of a pharmaceutical project.
About the Role:
This position involves working closely with clients, designers, and subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will have relevant degree qualifications, 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, mechanical or electrical experience, and a proven working knowledge of current contract law.
Key Responsibilities:
• Commercial and contractual management
• Interface with client commercial/contract teams
• Project procurement including sub-contractors
• Conducting cost and risk analysis
• Reviewing incoming correspondence to identify contractually critical items
• Managing commercial aspects of subcontractors
• Providing project costing, margin & cashflow reports
• Managing project change order procedures
• Agreeing final accounts
• Providing monthly valuations and certificates
