Hotel Management Opportunity
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Duty Manager to join our team in a boutique hotel in North Dublin. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the hotel while on duty, including leading a team of up to 40 people during busy shifts.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Must have previous experience in a similar role within busy 3*/4* hotels – minimum 2-3 years' experience
* Strong knowledge of the food and beverage industry and its latest initiatives and innovations
* HACCP training
* Ability to multitask and provide support where required
Responsibilities:
* Working closely with the management team on day-to-day operations
* Management of all aspects of the hotel while on duty
* Leadership of a team of up to 40 people during busy shifts
* Providing hands-on support where needed
* Collaborating with food and beverage teams
* Conducting weekly stocktakes
* Staff training and development
* Driving sales initiatives in conjunction with the hotel's sales team
* Covering duty management shifts
* Ensuring excellent guest service
