About The Role
We are looking for a Web Content Coordinator to join our growing Web team who are responsible for running the websites.
This is a unique and challenging opportunity where the successful candidate will learn and work on the world class eCommerce platform, Hybris, experiencing a fully integrated web solution and getting exposure to our end-to-end web business processes from replenishment, stock management and fulfilment, promotion creation and management, content co-ordination, SEO and analytics, and customer service.
This role is located in our Head Office in Galway.
Responsibilities
* Working within the Content Management team to manage, update and maintain web content on the UK and Irish websites
* Collaborating with internal teams such as Buying, Marketing, and Design to ensure the efficient co-ordination of buying and marketing strategies for the websites
* Maintaining and managing online promotions
* Reviewing and maintaining stock and fulfilment processes for the websites
* Monitoring and reporting on web analytics using Google Analytics
* Maintain Search Engine Optimisation best practices for on-site web content
* Maintaining third-party tool functionality, such as product reviews and product recommendations
* Assisting our French and Central European web team colleagues.
* No travel required.
The Ideal Candidate
* BA/BS or equivalent working experience
* Experience in creating, organising and managing content for the web is an advantage but not required
* Have an editorial mindset and great attention to detail
* Excellent project management skills with an understanding of how to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders in a complex environment
